Very Pleased with Customer Service

I just got my unit yesterday. I contacted Customer service after I bought my unit for a particular price, and then the 3 days later the price dropped. I wasn't sure if they would work with me on this, but I asked them if they would refund me for the difference in price. They agreed to do so. I think this speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. I will definitely be buying more accessories for my unit!

After comparing several emergency power systems on youtube, I finally chose pecron and got this machine already two months ago, I use it as an emergency power supply in case of accidents so only used twice so far, but it gives me a very good impression, reassuring battery capacity and very easy and simple to operate. E2000LPF is trustworthy!

Large capacity for satisfaction

Due to my weak knowledge of power supplies, after getting the E2000LFP and the two EB3000s, I couldn't connect them properly. But after receiving the e-manual and referring to the detailed steps, they are now cascaded and doing their respective jobs! With these three high-capacity power supplies, I'm no longer afraid of unexpected power outages, and I couldn't be happier. I power my coffee maker every morning and use the E2000LFP to power my 12V mini-fridge when I'm out and about. It works perfectly. Usually I use an extension cord to connect the solar panel for charging and that's all I need!

Most cost-effective

I bought it during the website sale in July and have been using it for 4 months now, I live on a farm in the country and use it almost every day and I have to say I am very happy with its performance and I take full advantage of the solar charging function, I use four 330W batteries. As long as there is sufficient sunlight, the input power can reach 1100-1150W. I highly recommend it! The quality is stable (no fancy features) and the price is the best in the industry! Before purchasing, I investigated 5 different companies. Pecron is not as famous as them, but its quality and price are definitely the most cost-effective, which really meets our expectations. After all, not everyone has the funds to buy the high premiums of well-known brands!
